12 Stones Capital has infrastructure in place to give our partner companies an immediate growth plan. Our 60 Day Sprint kicks off the day we complete the agreement to partner together, and in those first sixty days, we work with the company to: 

1. Integrate virtual assistants from our Cambodia office to support the existing staff with day- to-day activities. The goal is to free up the current staff to focus on revenue producing activities 

2. Launch a marketing campaign to generate new leads. The marketing coaches assigned to the partner company will identify two or three marketing campaigns that we can launch right away, and we will have all of the agreed-upon campaigns live by the end of the 60- day sprint. 

3. Reduce the monthly expenses of the company to increase profitability. These cuts may be minor, but every dollar we can save by negotiating with our vendors and/or paying off high-interest debt will instantly increase the profitability of the company.
